Chuối Sấy Dẻo là món ăn vặt thơm ngon, cực dễ làm cho ngày Tết. Cách làm chuối sấy dẻo (chuối phơi khô) bằng lò nướng đơn giản, miếng chuối dẻo ngon, màu đỏ cam, sáng bóng trông rất đẹp mắt và ngon miệng. Khác với cách làm chuối phơi khô truyền thống - món chuối sấy dẻo được nướng cùng hỗn hợp nước đường gừng tạo nên hương vị mới lạ và hấp dẫn hơn nhé.
Cách làm chuối sấy dẻo ngon: Chọn những quả chuối càng chín làm mứt càng ngon. Bọc nylon quanh trái chuối đã bóc vỏ, đặt lên trên mặt thớt, dùng mặt phẳng của dao ép mạnh xuống cho chuối dẹt, có độ dày khoảng 1cm.
Cạo sạch vỏ gừng, thái nhỏ rồi cho vào máy xay sinh tố cùng 50ml nước, xay nhuyễn hỗn hợp. Lược qua rây để thu lấy nước cốt gừng cho vào bát, thêm 2-3 muỗng canh đường, 1 muỗng cà phê muối và khuấy đều hỗn hợp làm chuối sấy dẻo cho tan hết nhé.
Cách làm chuối sấy: Lót giấy nến lên rack, đặt lên khay nướng. Xếp các miếng chuối ép giấy nến, khoảng cách đều nhau. Dùng cọ phết đều hỗn hợp nước đường gừng lên chuối. Cho khay chuối vào lò nướng đã được làm nóng trước 10 phút ở nhiệt độ 120 độ C.
Khi làm chuối sấy dẻo: chuối nướng khoảng 30 phút thì lấy ra rồi dùng cọ phết 1 lần nước đường gừng lên mặt chuối rồi đem nướng tiếp. Thời gian sấy chuối khoảng 4 tiếng là chuối chuyển màu và khô dẻo lại.
Đợi chuối sấy dẻo nguội hẳn là có thể dùng. Bảo quản chỗ chuối sấy còn dư vào trong hũ sạch, đậy kín, dùng dần trong thời gian dài. Tết sắp đến bạn cũng có thể thay đổi khẩu vị làm món chuối sấy dẻo ngon này để đãi khách ngày Tết xem sao nhé!
