Thêm vào 1/2 muỗng canh nước mắm, 1 muỗng canh nước tương, 1 muỗng canh dầu hào, 1 muỗng canh rượu, 1 muỗng canh đường, đảo đều. Sau đó cho mực và ngò rí cắt nhỏ vào xóc đều thì tắt bếp.
