Lột vỏ và râu bắp, rửa sạch, để ráo. Trái bắp dùng dao cắt dọc theo thân bắp để tách hạt bắp.
Lấy 1 cái nồi bắc lên bếp: đổ 1l nước sạch vào + cho vỏ + râu + cùi bắp đã tách hạt vào đun sôi với 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối. Không nên bỏ nhiều muối quá sẽ có vị mặn, rất khó uống
Lượt lấy nước bắp đã luộc, cho hạt bắp + nước luộc vào máy xay sinh tố và xay nhuyễn hạt bắp
Sau khi xay xong, dùng 1 cái rây lượt để lọc lấy sữa bắp
Bắc cái nồi lớn lên bếp, đổ toàn bộ sữa bắp vừa lượt xong vào nồi, tiếp tục cho 2 bịch sữa tươi không đường vào nồi sữa. Cho đường phèn vào nồi sữa, khuấy đều tay, đun cho đến khi nồi sữa sôi.
Tắt bếp và để sữa nguội. Cho sữa vào bình để trong ngăn mát tủ lạnh bảo quản. Dùng trong vòng 3 ngày. Chúc cả nhà thành công nhé!
