Cháo hải sản là món ăn lý tưởng cho bữa sáng của cả nhà. Đây là món dinh dưỡng thích hợp tẩm bổ cho người bệnh mới khỏi. Rất có lợi cho sự tăng trưởng của trẻ. Món ăn mang đến vị ngọt thanh của tôm, sò điệp, không chỉ ngon mà còn rất ấm bụng trong những ngày mưa gió. Nạp năng lượng ngày mới với món ăn này nhé!
Sò điệp khô mang đi rửa sạch, sau đó ngâm trong nước khoảng 2-3 giờ. Nếu cồi sò điệp tươi đông lạnh thì bạn đem ngâm nước để rã đông là được nhé. Đem xé nhỏ cồi sò điệp. Bóc vỏ tôm, chẻ sống lưng, bỏ chỉ đen rồi rửa sạch, thái nhỏ hạt lựu. Cho tôm vào bát nhỏ, thêm rượu, 1/2 muỗng cà phê gừng băm nhỏ và muối. Trộn đều và đặt sang một bên.
Cho gạo vào nồi, rang đều cho hạt gạo vàng thơm thì đổ ngập nước, đun sôi rồi hạ lửa nhỏ vừa. Thỉnh thoảng khuấy đều cho đến khi cháo chín nhừ (khoảng 30 phút). Cho cồi sò điệp vào và nấu cho đến khi cháo đặc quánh như ý muốn. Cuối cùng, thêm tôm và ít gừng còn lại, khuấy đều tay. Tắt bếp, nêm nếm muối cho vừa ăn. Thêm một ít dầu mè, hành lá là món ăn của chúng ta hoàn thiện rồi.
Lúc này, cho 100gr gạo cùng 2 lít nước vào nấu ở lửa vừa trong vòng 30 phút. Trong quá trình nấu, chú ý hớt bọt nếu có và thỉnh thoảng khuấy đều tay để tránh cháo bị cháy ở đáy nồi.
