Bóc chuối ra, thái thành những miếng mỏng và đều nhau. Cắt viền bánh mì, dùng thanh cán hoặc bất cứ vật nặng nào để cán bánh mì cho xẹp lại và mềm hơn.
Cho phô mai đặt lên bánh mì. Rải chuối dàn đều trên bánh mì và phô mai, đặt về một phía mép bánh để ta cuộn chúng lại ở bước sau.
Cuộn bánh mì lại thành cuộn tròn, có thể dùng tăm cố định 2 đầu để cuộn bánh không bị tuột. Dùng kéo cắt phần tăm thừa 2 đầu. Trứng đánh đều trong bát, nhúng cuộn bánh mì vào bát trứng sao cho trứng dính đều ngoài vỏ cuộn bánh.
Cho dầu vào nồi đun sôi, thả cuộn bánh mì vào chiên chín. Sau khi bánh chín, gắp bánh ra đĩa có giấy lót thấm dầu khoảng 5 phút rồi chuyển sang đĩa khác. Rút phần tăm cố định hai đầu ra vì lúc này bánh đã cố định hình dáng.
Thưởng thức món bánh mì chuối cuộn phô mai với vị ngọt thơm của chuối, béo ngậy của phô mai cùng vị bùi ngon của bánh mì và trứng sẽ thật tuyệt vời đấy.
