Bắc nồi nước sôi lên bếp và cho khuôn bánh vào. Khi bánh chín thì cẩn thận vớt ra ngoài, cho tôm lên và cuộn lại cho kín. Tương tự lặp lại đến khi hết nguyên liệu.
Đặt bánh cuốn lên xửng hấp thêm lần nữa trong khoảng 2 phút để tôm chín thì gắp ra. Rắc lên hành lá cắt nhỏ và rưới đều nước sốt.
