Miến dong ngâm nước lạnh 20 p cắt ngắn. Nấm hương, nấm mèo ngâm nước lạnh, cắt chân rửa sạch thái chỉ. Cà rốt, su hào gọt vỏ rửa sạch thái chỉ. Giá đậu tương rửa sạch để riêng. Cần tây nhặt rễ, rửa sạch cắt khúc 5 cm. Ướp miến với chút dầu ăn, rồi trộn đều miến với su hào, cà rốt, nấm mèo, nấm hương.
Đặt chảo lên bếp làm nóng chảo cho dầu ăn vào. Dầu sôi cho miến vào xào với lửa lớn đảo đều 1 lúc, cho giá đậu tương, hạt nêm đảo nhanh tay. Cho 1/2 bát nước lọc vào đảo đều với lửa vừa. Nêm nếm để điều chỉnh theo khẩu vị rồi cho cần tây cắt khúc vào tắt bếp.
