Tắt lửa rồi cho hỗn hợp lên khay nướng có lót sẵn giấy nến, trải trên 1 lớp duy nhất và không để các hạt chồng chéo lên nhau. Dùng spatula tách hạnh nhân ra nếu chúng có dính với nhau. Để các hạt nguội hoàn toàn là có thể dùng được.
Kẹo hạnh nhân khi làm xong, bạn có thể cho vào lọ thủy tinh, đậy kín nắp để bảo quản, thời hạn sử dụng có thể lên đến 2 tuần. Kẹo hạt hạnh nhân thơm ngon, bổ dưỡng, chắc chắn sẽ được lòng mọi người trong gia đình bạn, kể cả những em bé hay người lớn không thích ăn ngọt.
